Tapping can cure depression. In my experience, it can sort it out faster than any other method.
Most techniques tend to centre around working through your negative thoughts. But it's the FEELINGS you are having that are creating those negative thoughts, not the other way round.
So use Tapping to get rid of the feelings, and then see if your thoughts start to change.
Having been depressed myself, I don't see any reason that people should spend any longer than they have to being depressed, so let's start. If you're depressed, you're probably already telling yourself that this won't work for you. Yet somehow you've come to be watching this video - so suspend your disbelief and experiment. Just notice what happens.

Nothing gets blasted more in the self-improvement industry than 'Positive Thinking'. The cynical among us are quick to point out that just believing in something doesn't make it true, and even the most optimistic optimist will concede that they don't always take Positive Action based on their thinking.
