Having gone into the session with Magnus with no expectations of achieving any result, I was really impressed by how relaxed it made me feel. It was deeply comforting, and I felt warm and safe - like swimming in hot chocolate.
The technique made me feel as though my problems were being tended to and accepted, which was an empowering experience. I think it is particularly valuable for people whose difficulties seem trivial - it made me feel as if I really mattered and as if I could help myself to heal myself. I certainly believe in the power of unconventional medicine and therapy, and I can see the benefit of tapping within that frame.
