"I am increasingly feeling more positive about people around me, and mainly myself. Now, I am nailing 30-40 negative beliefs a day. Some of these were hidden deeply inside me."

I had already read first 40 pages of EFT book and already knew the basics. Nevertheless, I did not make any practical use for this science. Then Magnus intro'd my group to the abridged, shorter version of EFT.

That's when things took a turn. OK, all you who know me, know that at first, I approached this idea with good portion of skepticism.

Nevertheless, now I am increasingly feeling more positive about people around me, and mainly myself. Now, I am nailing 30-40 negative beliefs a day. Some of these were hidden deeply inside me.

As the rule, everytime I think anything negative - I apply EFT immediately (its freaking people out!). It could be long line in the fast food restuarant and I would feel like ripping slow people's heads off - straight to EFT I go. It is funny to see that something that originally was dragging me down, turns into something so small and negligible that I cannot help but laugh at it. It helps me to live better happier life, which is good!
