When I first heard about tapping I was sceptical, Iíd never done anything like it before and wasnít expecting to see much change. I couldnít have been more wrong. Immediately after my first session I noticed a difference; I was more relaxed socially, I was able to give much stronger eye contact and most of all I just wasnít as worried about what people were thinking of me.

Since then Iíve been successfully using the techniques that Magnus taught me for a range of different things, and the results have been brilliant. Every time I find myself procrastinating about a job I need doing, I tap it away and it becomes much easier to get it done, my room has never been tidier and Iím finding it much easier to meet project deadlines. Tapping has made a big impact on me and Iím seeing the differences in all parts of my life. Alex T, London
