When I first heard about tapping I was sceptical, Iíd never done anything like it before and wasnít expecting to see much change. I couldnít have been more wrong. Immediately after my first session I noticed a difference; I was more relaxed socially, I was able to give much stronger eye contact and most of all I just wasnít as worried about what people were thinking of me.
Since then Iíve been successfully using the techniques that Magnus taught me for a range of different things, and the results have been brilliant. Every time I find myself procrastinating about a job I need doing, I tap it away and it becomes much easier to get it done, my room has never been tidier and Iím finding it much easier to meet project deadlines.
