Chakra Clearing
This exercise thoroughly clears out your whole system. It's great to do daily, or just after an intense Tapping session.
Sometimes after dealing with particularly strong feelings, you're left feeling tired, headachey, or maybe with a cloudy or foggy feeling. This is a good sign! It shows you've done a lot of work. This exercise will make sure you finish feeling better than when you started.
In fact, if you have the self-discipline, this is a great exercise to do a couple of times a day. If you're ill it might make you feel a bit better, and if you're not ill, over a few days it can make you feel great.
Chakras are the centres where energy is stored. Sometimes these centres get clogged up, and this is a very reliable way to clear them out.
OK... start by tapping each pair of fingers together like this -
thumb,
forefinger,
middle-finger,
ring-finger,
and little finger.
Now rub your hands together briskly in a circular motion. This clears out any nervous energy that is stuck and brings your attention to your hands.
