Waking Up
This is a great video, because the effects will be VERY obvious to you. Follow it through to the end, and tomorrow morning, you'll see what I mean...
I never used to be a morning person, and then one day I realised that what I felt when I woke up WASN'T the physical effects of tiredness, it was emotional tiredness. It's nothing to do with the amount of sleep you've had or whatever, it's just the way your body feels.
If you don't think tiredness is emotional... think of how tired you feel, when you're 10 years old and you've had 2 hours sleep... and you wake up at 6am... to go to Disneyland! Not very tired at all. Now how tired do you feel when you went to bed well fed, and had 10 hours sleep, but you're getting up to a job that you hate.
